Texas Alcohol and Drug Testing Service, Inc. was founded in 1994 by the former owner, Joe Bauske.  The company rapidly outgrew his garage into three busy offices.  Larry Bauske, current President/Owner of TADTS, took over the company from his father in 2003.   Since then, the company has expanded to six offices and employs more than 50 employees.

Texas Alcohol and Drug Testing is a Third Party Administrator managing drug and alcohol testing programs Nationwide.  In Texas alone, TADTS manages programs for Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Department of Public Safety, Child Protective Services and the City of Sugar Land…. just to name a few.
