The course will address the current impact of COVID-19 on Texas Workers’ Compensation and claims handling. Speakers:
Joe Anderson and Bob Graves have been practicing workers’ compensation law since the early 1990s. Both are board certified in Texas workers’ compensation law. Joe and Bob are partners in the law firm of Burns Anderson Jury & Brenner, L.L.P., where represents employers, self-insureds and insurance carriers in administrative and court proceedings regarding workers’ compensation benefit disputes, medical disputes, subrogation claims and compliance matters. Joe Anderson, an avid outdoorsman and collector of rare World War II vintage watches graduated from Texas Tech University and Baylor Law School. Joe is a recipient of the Barbed Wire Award 2018 in recognition of a lifetime of achievement in Texas Worker’s Compensation by the State Bar of Texas Workers’ Compensation Law Section, a Fellow of the College of Workers’ Compensation Attorneys and received the State Bar of Texas’ Standing Ovation Award.
