Getting injured workers back on the job as soon as possible is a proven method in reducing recovery duration, limiting the fiscal impact of on-the-job injuries and employee retention.  An integral part of any early return to work program is the Bona Fide Offer of Employment (BFOE).  The workers compensation law prescribes the requirements and methodology for the effective use of BFOE.  This one-hour course will outline the required elements of a BFOE to ensure compliance with the law and provide an effective tool to get injured workers back to a sense of purpose.
